My name is Steve Alvarez, CGC#1538767. Born and raised in Allapattah, Miami, Florida I understand the intricacies of construction maintenance in South Florida. From participating in construction since the age of 14 to the University of Florida's Building Construction program, the field technical knowledge and office professional standard makes a difference before, during, and after our projects are completed.
